He had a year of eligibility left, but graduates this spring. He signed with the Islanders. Eidsness did the opposite and stayed at UND another year after he graduated with his bachelor's degree. He is a Penguins draft pick so it will be interesting to see if they can entice him to sign or not. I would think they would make a good effort to do so. The confirming tweet I saw said that he will enter free agency with his brother. Maybe they're hoping to be signed in a package deal?
