My buddy did a ride along in Fargo the other day. They had a DUI arrest where the guy was .44. My friend said the guy was fairly functional and able to converse at that level. Do you need a drivers license to operate a zamboni? If not could they really take his license because of this? Not condoning his actions or nothing the guy sounds like an idiot.
